Learning to play soccer

The minimum age is 3 years old to a max of 15 years old.
All skill levels are welcome, beginner to advanced players.
All of our camps are co-ed!

The 2025 POWER KIT(Jersey & Shorts) can be purchased with your booking. The POWER KIT is optional.

3-4 yrs old FUNdamentals Little Campers (U5) 2 HOURS / 5 DAYS

A fun and rewarding skills program for children ages 3 and 4 years old. Soccer skills training is built into a curriculum that teaches technical ability, agility and balance. Children are introduced to soccer in a fun and rewarding manner which provides recognition for the young player. The camp is a combination of skill learning and fun games. There is lots of ball contact for each player through ball movement practice, dodge games and fun ball maneuvering exercises. Children are taught the basics of the game.

5-6 yrs old FUNdamentals Mini Campers (U7) 2 HOURS / 5 DAYS

6-8 yrs old Soccer Sense Main Campers (U7-U12) 4 HOURS / 5 DAYS

A program geared to improve the development of 6-11 year olds. Children are instructed in core soccer skills and good soccer habits through age appropriate skill exercise and games. The program emphasizes coordination and movement in soccer, presented in skill exercises and small sided soccer games designed to make a positive impact on the development of the young player. Players are introduced to competition in a fun way and achieve success through skill training as well as game play.

8-11 yrs old Skill Development Program (U9-U12) 4 HOURS / 5 DAYS

The skill development program is designed for players to receive specific coaching to develop and refine their skills. The purpose of the program is to maximize the individual's soccer potential while recognizing that the players come from different soccer backgrounds and will vary in technique and ability. Coaches will evaluate the players consistently from the first session and challenge players by grouping them with players of similar abilities. Technique training of all the core soccer skills is emphasized. All Power Soccer programs use creative and challenging games to improve ball control, passing, dribbling, defending, and shooting. The coach works on having the player improve all the fundamental ball skills while introducing tactical concepts of the game such as space, support, movement off the ball, and transition.

12-14 yrs old Development Senior Camp (U13-U15) 4 HOURS / 5 DAYS

This program is designed for players who play soccer in the U13-U15 age groups. The Senior Camp works on concepts of space, support and movement off the ball. The Power Soccer program uses creative and challenging games that improve ball control, passing, dribbling, defending and shooting. There is a focus on skill and tactical training for players who play at the Advanced level with their clubs and who wish to hone their skills in an environment with similar level players. Players in this program receive challenging and advanced tactical training in attacking and defensive principles including positional play, support, movement off the ball and transition play. Technique training of all the core soccer skills is covered.
